Accuracy (weight & height) is CRUCIAL, please make sure there are no "estimations". Scales are available at the dojo.
Please bring protective equipment (shinpads, hand mitts, groin guards, mouthguards). Head gear and body armour will be provided.
Participation fees must be paid with registration. No participation fees will be taken at the door.
