Our kids program is designed for development age and covers a wide range of fun balance- and coordination-specific activities to improve karate technique, posture, and physical mastery. Classes are structured and very disciplined.

Shihan Tockar
Whether you are keen to start karate or need to brush up on your technique, Monday class will have you covered. It is a medium-paced, technical class and is good for novices to begin with. Come with your brains switched on.
Wednesdays
TEENS & ADULTS: 6:30pm – 7:30pm

Teens & Adults all grades are invited to join us for this weekly class focusing on KATA & Bunkai.

This class is designed for a higher developmental and emotional age group and focuses on more complex movement- and coordination exercises and fitness. Strict Kyokushin syllabus is taught in preparation for grading.

The structure of our Tuesday class is very similar to our General Adults session, with more focus on speed, complex techniques and advanced kata.

Students are required to bring their own protection gear.
Attendance is compulsory for those wishing to compete.
This is a no-gi class; feel free to wear shorts/leggings and t-shirts.

Geared to the advanced students (yellow belt and up), this class is for the fully committed, determined Kyokushin student. A lot is required and asked of participants in this class; techniques are advanced and activities are goal-orientated.

Thursday class caters to ALL LEVELS and grades as a general class, so if you're keen to challenge yourself with speed and cardio and see how you measure up against the black belts, this class is for you.

Shihan Tockar
Not for the faint-hearted, Shihan Tockar's Saturday class will have you crawling off the mat. A great mix of fitness, basics, stretching, complex Kyokushin techniques, footwork, kata, bagwork, and fighting.
